1967 Chevy C10 Rusty Nuts

HIGHLIGHTS: – Cool patina look – 283ci V8 engine – 3 speed automatic transmission – Power steering – Factory air conditioning – Custom distressed look interior – Steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps

This 1967 Chevrolet C10 Pick up is a cool survivor truck that has clearly led a sheltered life before going through a mild rolling restoration. The patina look is one that can be hard to pull off but this truck does it very well. The patina has been sign written with the “Rusty Nuts” theme and pin striped before being cleared over the top. The truck itself, despite the ratty look, is actually extremely solid all round and in very good shape without any major rust issues that are often found with old trucks looking like this.

The chrome bumpers are in good shape as are the trims and moulding all round. Under the bonnet is a 283ci V8 that was completely rebuild approx. 2 and 1/2 years ago and has only travelled a couple thousand kms since. The engine is paired to a 3 speed automatic transmission with column shift. The driving experience is enhanced thanks to features like power steering and air conditioning (not currently functional). Inside is a nice place to be with the bench seat and door cards nicely retrimmed in a distressed look brown vinyl with “Rusty Nuts” theme continued throughout. It is a factory long bed meaning you have a large enough bed to fit whatever you might need including most motorcycles with the tail gate up. In the back there is a custom tool box made out of an old barrel. The truck sits lowered over a set of steel wheels with period dog dish hubcaps.
