1968 Ford Falcon XT ute

This 1968 Ford Falcon XT ute underwent a rebuild in 2013. The car was stripped back to bare metal and professionally repainted along with new chrome and badges. The car presents very well externally in general but it should be noted that there is some minor pimpling and blemishes in isolated areas you can see in the paintwork if you are right up close. During the body resto the car received a full body fish oil and underbody tarring to protect it into the future. Under the bonnet is a healthy 393ci stroker V8 engine running on dedicated LPG. There are two tanks measuring 110L and 80L respectively and intended to provide a driving range of over 1000kms between fill ups. The engine is paired to a 4 speed manual top loader transmission. Under the back is a 9″ diff. Inside the ute has been nicely re-trimmed and upgraded. The interior features bucket seats with the dash, centre console and steering wheel upgraded to XW GS items. The ute sits nice and low over a set of 12 slotter chrome wheels with white tyre letters. A tonneau cover keeps anything in the back out of the weather. A file of receipts and history is available with the car.
