The 1963 Chevrolet Corvette was the first year for the Stingray name plate and the first of the second-generation Corvettes. The cars featured several upgrades over the first gen cars and now features a more spacious cabin, independent suspension, and pop-up headlights. For the first time they were available in both a coupe and convertible.
This is a neatly presented 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible. Under the bonnet is a neatly presented factory style 327ci V8 paired to a 4-speed manual transmission. The interior has been fully retrimmed from top to bottom with all new carpets, and real leather on the dash, steering wheel, seats, and door trims. The car has the correct one year only gauge cluster with cone shaped instruments.
Externally the car was repainted some time ago but still presents well with only minor chips and wear from general road use. The car sits over a set of original style wheels and hubcaps with new tyres all round. An iconic 60’s American sports car that you can take the top off and enjoy.
