1959 Chevrolet Apache Restomod Pick up

This 1959 Chevrolet Apache has been stripped back to a shell and completely rebuilt and customised. The body is mostly original patina that has been enhanced a little with sand through in places. Like all patina finished trucks there is a small amount of rust in the body that you will be able to see in the pictures.  Underneath the sunburnt skin, the truck has been through a huge amount of work. The whole chassis is a custom fabricated item featuring independent front suspension with shockwave air bags and rack and pinion power steering up front. The rear is notched with a four link and shock wave airbags. The airbag suspension is controlled via Accuair e-level with 3 present ride heights and self-levelling. Under the bonnet of the truck is a late model fuel injected LS V8 engine with custom fabricated inner guards. The engine is pairs to a 4L60E automatic transmission. The brakes have been upgrade to Wilwood disc items up front.  The truck sits slammed over a set of 22” GM transit steel wheels.

Inside the truck the bench seat has been neatly trimmed in a brown vinyl. The dash has a full set of aftermarket gauges and there is even air conditioning.  There is a Bluetooth stereo system with speakers hidden behind the front seat. The fuel cell has been relocated to under the tub which is neatly fitted with timber panels. Recent additions include a new Optima battery, new thermo fan and switch for A/C override, and new transmission cooler.
